Helpdesk Standard

The helpdesk service ensures that there is a contact person who can assist you over the phone.

The Following Are Included in the Helpdesk Service:

  • telephone support for operating problems
  • telephone support for configuration problems
  • regular newsletter
  • regular user meetings

Project consulting, project work and on-site support are not included and will be charged according to the current pricelist.
