Module 1: Looking after the IT performance measurement installation
We are looking after your measurement installation for recording relevant SLA/OLA/UC measurement data.

Module 2: Using the IT performance presentation platform
You receive the monitor and reports for the desired performance parameters via the presentation platform, which we operate.

Module 3: IT performance-based improvement process
We periodically analyse, interpret, comment and debate raw measurement data and/or SLA values. We will propose optimisation options.
